Stefana Greavu is a Romanian career diplomat having the diplomatic rank of Minister Plenipotentiary.
Currently, she is the Head of Political Department of the Regional Cooperation Council Secretariat since February 2014. Prior to this, she served as a diplomat in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and Romanian diplomatic missions abroad, as well as international public servant in international organisations, as follows:
Consul General of Romania in Istanbul (2009 – 2013)
Permanent Representative of Romania to the Organisation of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation (2009 – 2013)
Alternate Permanent Representative of Romania to the Organisation of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation (2008 – 2009)
Executive Director, International Secretariat of the Organisation of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation (2004 – 2007)
Deputy Head of Mission, Embassy of Romania in Austria (1999-2003)

Stefana Greavu studied Economic sciences at the University of Craiova, Romania; is a postgraduate of the Institute of International Relations Bucharest (MBA in international relations).
She is fluent in English and French; speaks well German.
Stefana Greavu was born on 13 July 1952 in Romania.
